The Pacific Northwest has been my home since I was 7 years old ~ and I have thoroughly enjoyed all that this area has to offer for over 40 years!! I know Seattle. Having attended Elementary and High School on Capital Hill and College right here at the University of Washington ~ I know WHY people want to call this their home. I have experienced this amazing place my whole life and absolutely love sharing all of my knowledge and excitement about it with newcomers.

Since I chose to begin my full-time real estate career in 1996 - I have helped literally hundreds of sellers and buyers reach their real estate goals and managed to exceed their expectations in the process. While I primarily work to list and sell residential homes, I have also worked with several builders (large and small) in different capacities and with investors looking to sell, purchase or exchange rental properties. Because of this extra experience, I can offer insight in ways others just are not able to.

My clients' dreams and visions are what I work so hard to make a reality.
I value my clients' ideas and plans and work tirelessly to make sure we achieve them. Whether it's finding that perfect home or producing a creative and aggressive listing plan to get their home sold for the highest price, in the shortest amount of time ~THAT is what has my complete attention. I do this all while making sure the process is as stress-free as possible and smooth through closing and beyond.
